Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to check-in on direct standard reservations.
If your travel plans change, notify the hotel at least 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Modifications to dates are subject to room availability and prevailing seasonal rates. Eligible refunds are processed promptly to your original payment method.

Our 24-hour front desk readily welcomes late-night flight arrivals. If you arrive in Srinagar earlier than 2:00 PM, complimentary secure luggage storage is provided while housekeeping prepares your room so you can begin exploring immediately.

Mandatory government photo ID for each adult guest per local regulatory compliance.
In accordance with local regulations, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival (Passport, Aadhaar card, Driving License, or Voter ID). PAN cards are not accepted. Room occupancy must match the booking to ensure safety and comfort.
